Trevor Neilson

Trevor Neilson is the Chairman of Las Flores Holdings.  He is the co-founder of Global Philanthropy Group (sold to APCO in 2020), Threat Pattern (sold to G2 Investment Group in 2014), co-founder of i(x) investments, and is currently Co-founder, CEO and Chairman of WasteFuel.

In 2006, Neilson co-founded advisory firm Global Philanthropy Group (acquired by APCO). In that capacity, he has been involved in the creation and implementation of many of the world’s most respected philanthropic initiatives and has worked with over fifty major philanthropists.

Neilson’s leadership in business and social change included time as the Executive Director of the Global Business Coalition (GBC). GBC is a coalition of over 200 multinational companies which is focused on global health issues and was created with investments from Bill Gates, George Soros and Ted Turner. In this capacity, Neilson Reported to Ambassador Richard Holbrooke, former United States Ambassador to the United Nations and President Obama's former Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Prior to his leadership of the GBC, Neilson worked closely with Bill & Melinda Gates, both in their family office and as Director of Special Projects and Director of Public Affairs for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Neilson co-founded Threat Pattern with a group of former officers from the Central Intelligence Agency. Threat Pattern uses cutting-edge intelligence and counter-intelligence strategies to protect corporate assets.

Named by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader, Neilson served in the White House during the Clinton administration and is active in a variety of personal philanthropic initiatives including The Malibu Foundation and the Climate Emergency Fund. Neilson is also a member of the Family Office Exchange Private Investor Council. 

Evelin Weber

Evelin Weber is the founder of Narra.life, an A.I. company that brings financial access to the poor, and the current Executive Director of the Malibu Foundation, a Malibu-based non-profit formed in the wake of the 2018 Woolsey Fire. She also oversees and is the founder of The Philippines Foundation. Prior to that, Evelin worked in Investment banking in New York, London, Africa, and Latin America. She serves as a Patron to two UK-based charities: A World At School and Faces Charity. A native of the Philippines, Evelin currently lives in Malibu with her husband, son, and dog.
